45:14F-5. Certifications required as State certified real estate appraiser 5. No person shall assume or use the title or designation "State certified general real estate appraiser" or the abbreviation "SCGREA" or "State certified residential real estate appraiser" or the abbreviation "SCRREA" or any other title, designation, words, letters, abbreviation, sign, card or device indicating that such person is a State certified real estate appraiser, unless such person holds a current, valid certificate as a State certified general or residential real estate appraiser, as applicable, pursuant to the provisions of this act.
