45:14F-4. Election of officers, compensation a. The board shall annually elect from among its members a President and Vice-President. The board shall meet at least twice each year and may hold additional meetings, as necessary to discharge its duties. In addition to such meetings, the board shall meet at the call of the President, the director or the Attorney General. b. Members of the board shall be compensated and reimbursed for expenses and provided with office and meeting facilities pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1977, c.285 (C.45:1-2.5). L.1991,c.68,s.4.
