Undue or unreasonable preference, advantage, prejudice or disadvantage by mover or warehouseman

45:14D-13. Undue or unreasonable preference, advantage, prejudice or disadvantage by mover or warehouseman It shall be unlawful for any mover or warehouseman to make, give, or cause any undue or unreasonable preference or advantage to any particular person, port, gateway, locality, or traffic of any description in any respect whatsoever, or to subject any particular person, port, gateway, locality, or traffic to any undue or unreasonable prejudice or disadvantage.
