Severability

45:14C-27. Severability The provisions of this act are severable and if any provision of this act, or any part thereof, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held unconstitutional, the remaining provisions, and parts thereof, and application of such provisions, or part thereof, to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
