45:14B-45. Rules, regulations; report The State Board of Psychological Examiners shall promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act, including the establishment of procedural standards for the independent professional review committee and shall seek input from all interested parties on all issues raised in this act. A report shall be submitted by the State Board of Psychological Examiners to the Director of the Division of Consumer Affairs on the implementation of this act within a reasonable period of time.
