License without examination

45:14B-20. License without examination The board may issue a license by an examination of credentials to any applicant who presents evidence that he (a) is licensed or certified as a psychologist in another State with requirements for said license or certificate such that the board is of the opinion that said applicant is competent to engage in the practice of psychology in this State or (b) holds a diploma from a nationally recognized psychological board or agency.
