45:14-67.11 Display of notice concerning insulin manufacturer assistance programs, pharmacy practice site. 1. a. A pharmacy practice site shall: (1) display, in a conspicuous manner on the website of the pharmacy, a notice concerning insulin manufacturer assistance programs, to be created by the Department of Health; and (2) at the individual's request, provide a pamphlet concerning insulin manufacturer assistance programs, to be created by the department, to an individual purchasing a prescription for insulin and any individual requesting a pamphlet. b. An insulin manufacturer offering an assistance program may inform the department of its intention to be included in the notices and pamphlets. c. The department shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2025, c.90.
