Applicability of compact

45:11A-5. Applicability of compact 5. The provisions of this act are applicable only to nurses whose home states are determined by the New Jersey Board of Nursing to have licensure requirements that are substantially equivalent or more stringent than those of New Jersey. L.2001,c.340,s.5; per s.9, expires January 1, 2007.
