45:11-24.13 Rules, regulations. 4. The board shall adopt rules and regulations, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to carry out the purposes of this act. L.2005,c.82,s.4.
