45:1-9 Indication of license, certificate number. 2. Any contractor licensed by the State shall indicate his license or certificate number on all contracts, subcontracts, bids, construction permits, and all forms of advertising as a contractor. L.1973, c.254, s.2; amended 2012, c.71, s.16.
