45:1-48 Immunity from liability. 28. Immunity from liability. a. The division shall be immune from civil liability arising from inaccuracy of any of the information submitted to it pursuant to sections 25 through 30 of P.L.2007, c.244 (C.45:1-45 through C.45:1-50). b. A pharmacy permit holder, pharmacist, mental health practitioner, licensed health care professional, or practitioner shall be immune from civil liability arising from compliance with sections 25 through 30 of P.L.2007, c.244 (C.45:1-45 through C.45:1-50).
