45:1-3.3. Administrative fees 4. The Director of the Division of Consumer Affairs may by rule establish, prescribe, or modify administrative fees charged by boards in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.). For purposes of this section, "administrative fees" are charges assessed to licensees, registrants or holders of certificates, as the case may be, for board functions that are not unique to a particular board but are uniform throughout all boards. Administrative fees include, but are not limited to, fees for a duplicate or replacement license, certification or registration, late renewal fee, license reinstatement fee, and the fee for processing change of address.
