45:1-21.1. Information on DEP application compliance, seminar attendance 2. a. A board obtaining information from the Department of Environmental Protection pursuant to section 1 of P.L.1991, c.418 (C.13:1D-110) on the compliance of a member of a regulated profession with the requirements for completed applications of the department, shall annually develop a detailed written summary of the information gathered by the department pursuant to P.L.1991, c.418 (C.13:1D-110) regarding compliance with the department's requirements for completed applications and attendance records for continuing education seminars required to be filed with the department pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.419 (C.13:1D-117). b. Any reasonable costs incurred in preparation of the report required pursuant to this section may be included in the charges authorized pursuant to P.L.1974, c.46 (C.45:1-3.2). c. Information required to be compiled by a board pursuant to this section, shall be deemed to be public records subject to the requirements of P.L.1963, c.73 (C.47:1A-1 et seq.). L.1991,c.420,s.2.
