45:1-18.3 Regulations. 3. The Director of the Division of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Law and Public Safety may promulgate regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the provisions of this act. L.2009, c.267, s.3.
