Transfer of functions, powers and duties

44:7-47. Transfer of functions, powers and duties All of the functions, powers and duties of, and records and property maintained by, and unexpended appropriation balances available to the Commission for the Blind, under and with respect to statutes repealed by sections 47 and 48 of this act, are hereby transferred to and vested in the Bureau of Assistance and shall be exercised, performed and used by the bureau in accordance with the provisions of sections 41 through 44 of this act and as otherwise provided by law.
