Needy blind persons; assistance from county welfare board

44:7-43. Needy blind persons; assistance from county welfare board Subject to the provisions of this act and the provisions of chapter 7 of Title 44 of the Revised Statutes as hereinafter specified, any needy person residing in New Jersey who has attained the age of 18 years and who is blind, shall be entitled to receive assistance from the county welfare board of the county in which he resides.
