Recipient of assistance not to receive other public aid

44:7-34. Recipient of assistance not to receive other public aid A person sixty-five years of age or more not receiving old age assistance under this chapter is not by reason of his age debarred from receiving public relief and care under the provisions of any other law, but no recipient of old age assistance, while receiving the same, shall receive any other assistance from the state or any political subdivision thereof except for medical and surgical care.
