Violation of chapter; penalty

44:7-33. Violation of chapter; penalty Any person who knowingly violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is specifically provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars, or imprisonment for not more than one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
