Maintenance by municipalities of clinics for indigent children

44:6-1. Maintenance by municipalities of clinics for indigent children The board or body having control of the finances of a municipality may appropriate annually such sum as it may deem advisable to be used and applied only for the maintenance and equipment of a dental clinic or clinics in the municipality for the free treatment of indigent persons of school age.
