Notice of placement to boards of freeholders and children's guardians

44:4-98. Notice of placement to boards of freeholders and children's guardians Within twenty-four hours of such placement the director of welfare shall give a written notice thereof to the state board of children's guardians, and to the board of chosen freeholders of the county wherein the child has a settlement. The notice shall contain a description of the child embracing its name, age, sex, religion, faith of its parents, the names and addresses of all relatives liable for the support of the child, date of placement, past and present address or place of abode, and such information as the director has been able to ascertain, and the length of time the family has received relief from the municipality or district.
