Supervision of old age relief

44:4-25. Supervision of old age relief On the establishment of a county welfare board in any county, the functions and powers theretofore vested in and the duties required of and theretofore exercised by any welfare board for the supervision of old age relief in such county shall be taken over by, transferred to, vested in and exercised by the county welfare board established under the provisions of this chapter.
