Inspection of welfare-house

44:4-13. Inspection of welfare-house A welfare-house shall be subject to inspection by duly authorized representatives of the state board, the commissioner and the state board of health; and whenever a county shall provide for the relief and maintenance of its permanent poor in a welfare-house of another county, such welfare-house shall always be open to inspection by a duly authorized agent of the board of chosen freeholders of any county maintaining its permanent poor therein, and of the state board, the commissioner and the state board of health.
