Contract for visiting nursing care

44:4-113. Contract for visiting nursing care Where a contract for the visiting nursing care of sick poor persons in such municipalities is desired by the municipal authorities the county welfare board may enter into such contract, the cost to be borne by the municipality to which the service is rendered.
