Disclosure of applicant information

44:10-47. Disclosure of applicant information 4. Information concerning applicants or recipients shall not be disclosed except for purposes directly connected with the administration of the program, in accordance with regulations to be adopted by the commissioner. Any person or entity under contract to provide services to the program shall comply with these regulations. The provisions of this section shall not be construed to prohibit the exchange of information among agencies, organizations, or other entities as prescribed by the commissioner or pursuant to federal requirements.
