Independent evaluation

44:10-18. Independent evaluation The commissioner shall provide for an independent evaluation of the REACH program by a private entity under contract with the Department of Human Services and shall, no later than three years after the effective date of this act, present to the Governor and the Legislature the results of that evaluation. L. 1987, c. 282, s. 10; per s.11 as amended by s.15 of 1991, c.523, expired July 1, 1995.
