Certificate of appointment; filing

44:1-81. Certificate of appointment; filing An overseer shall forthwith or within ten days after his appointment file with the commissioner a certificate properly authenticated by the clerk of the governing body of the municipality in which the overseer has jurisdiction, showing the date of his appointment and his post-office address.
