Contract authorized by resolution

44:1-33. Contract authorized by resolution When a county shall provide for the relief and maintenance of its permanent poor by contract with another county as authorized in this chapter, it shall authorize the contract to be entered into, and adopt such other provisions as may be necessary, by resolution.
