Certification of bills to board of freeholders

44:1-21. Certification of bills to board of freeholders The county welfare board shall certify all bills and accounts, including salaries and wages, and transmit them to the board of chosen freeholders of the county, which shall provide for their payment in the same manner as other charges against the county, except as to municipalities therein which do not participate as provided in this chapter.
