Continuance of relief

44:1-131. Continuance of relief At the expiration of the six months' period for which relief is ordered, and every succeeding such period of time thereafter, the overseer may, if further relief is necessary in the case, apply to the court for an order directing the continuance of the relief for a like period, and that relief shall be payable upon the further order of the court.
