44:1-129. Petition for relief 44:1-129. The director of welfare of a municipality shall by petition to the Superior Court, setting forth the necessary facts, apply for the person's relief in that manner, whereupon the court shall fix a date for hearing the petition within not less than ten days from the filing of the petition.
