44:1-12.1. Terms of members; additional appointments In any case in which the membership of a county welfare board is increased by two additional citizen members appointed pursuant to the authority conferred by section 1 of this act (R.S. 44:1-11), the terms of office of the additional members first appointed shall be one for a term of 4 years, and one for a term of 5 years, with such terms to be designated by the board of chosen freeholders in making such appointments.
