Married woman and children

44:1-103. Married woman and children A married woman and her children shall always follow and have the settlement of her husband and of their father. If he has no such settlement, her settlement shall be as it was at the time of her becoming a resident and a domiciliary of the municipality or county wherein relief is sought, if she has not, in lieu thereof, gained a settlement as is provided in section 44:1-102 of this title.
