44:1-10.1. Change of name to county board of social services; resolution or ordinance The governing body of any county may, by resolution or ordinance, as appropriate, change the name of the county welfare board to the county board of social services. L.1979, c. 9, s. 1, eff. Feb. 5, 1979.
