Service of law enforcement officer considered creditable

43:8A-4. Service of law enforcement officer considered creditable Only service as a law enforcement officer which was rendered by a member before the date of the establishment of this pension fund, or since he became a member, or since he last became a member in case of a break in service, shall be considered as creditable for the purposes of this act.
