43:8A-24. Other laws inapplicable to members or beneficiaries of pension fund No other provision of law in any other statute which provides wholly or partly at the expense of the State of New Jersey or of any county, municipality, school district, or any other political subdivision of the State for pensions, retirement, or death benefits for State law enforcement officers, their widows, or other dependents, shall apply to members, or beneficiaries of the pension fund established by this act, their widows or other dependents.
