43:8A-22. Administrative positions; determination and certification The Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control shall determine and certify to the board of trustees which positions, if any, held by new-entrant members within such department or public agency, are administrative in nature; provided, however, the number of such position shall not exceed fifteen per centum (15%) of the total number of permanent positions within such department or public agency.
