43:8A-15. Beneficiaries ineligible for benefits under sections 43:4-1 to 43:4-3 From and after the date of becoming a beneficiary of this pension fund no member shall be eligible for, or receive, retirement benefits under sections 43:4-1, 43:4-2 and 43:4-3 of the Revised Statutes.
