Withdrawal application; notice; refund of payments

43:7-15.3. Withdrawal application; notice; refund of payments Upon his making application, of which ten days' notice shall be given, he shall receive, upon demand, the amount of his payments, without prejudice to his right as a veteran to any benefit or pension to which he may be entitled under any other law.
