Inapplicability of act to judge or surviving widow; retirement prior to July 1, 1976

43:6A-9.5. Inapplicability of act to judge or surviving widow; retirement prior to July 1, 1976 The provisions of this act shall not apply to any judge or the surviving widow of any judge who has retired prior to the effective date hereof. L.1976, c. 62, s. 3.
