43:6A-5. Membership 5. The membership of the retirement system shall include: a. The Chief Justice and the associate justices of the Supreme Court. b. Any judge of the Superior Court. c. Membership in the retirement system is a condition for judicial service for the members of the Judiciary herein listed.
