Severability

43:6A-2. Severability If any provision, section, or part of any section of this act is declared to be unconstitutional, the same shall not be held to affect any other section or provision of this act, and the remainder of this act shall in no wise thereby be invalidated. L.1973, c. 140, s. 2, eff. May 22, 1973.
