Veterans; ineligibility for retirement benefits as public employee

43:6A-15. Veterans; ineligibility for retirement benefits as public employee No public employee veteran eligible for membership in the retirement system established by this act shall be eligible for, or receive, retirement benefits under R.S. 43:4-1, 43:4-2 and 43:4-3. L.1973, c. 140, s. 15, eff. May 22, 1973.
