Securing coverage following approval by referendum

43:6-6.34. Securing coverage following approval by referendum The State Treasurer is further directed to secure social security coverage for such members of the Supreme Court and judges of the Superior Court within 60 days after a majority of such judges qualified to vote in a referendum as required by section 218(d)(3) of the Social Security Act shall have voted to be covered under terms of that act. L.1967, c. 47, s. 2, eff. May 15, 1967.
