43:6-6.33. Social security coverage for members of Supreme Court and judges of Superior Court; referendum The State Treasurer, as the State Agency for Social Security, is directed to conduct a referendum on the question of whether the service performed by members of the Supreme Court and judges of the Superior Court, should be excluded from or included under the State's agreement with the Federal Government. L.1967, c. 47, s. 1, eff. May 15, 1967.
