Retirement on age and service for disability

43:5-2. Retirement on age and service for disability A person not having a fixed term of office who has been continuously in the employ of the state for a period of twenty-five years and has reached the age of sixty years, may retire or be retired at any time thereafter by reason of becoming physically or otherwise incapacitated for service to the state, if such physical or other disability shall have developed during his term of service.
