Waiver of increase; written request

43:4-3.4. Waiver of increase; written request Any increase in pension, or a portion thereof, authorized by this act, may be waived upon written request of the person entitled thereto. L.1967, c. 294, s. 4, eff. Feb. 15, 1968.
