43:3C-11. Benefits of present, future retirees unaffected 38. No present or future retirees of the Teachers' Pension and Annuity Fund, the Judicial Retirement System, the Public Employees' Retirement System, the Consolidated Police and Firemen's Pension Fund, the Police and Firemen's Retirement System, or the State Police Retirement System shall receive any reduction in benefits or incur any additional costs as a result of the provisions of P.L.1992, c.41 (C.43:6A-33.1 et al.).
