43:3B-9. Rules and regulations The Director of the Division of Pensions shall promulgate such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of this act, as he shall deem necessary for the effective operation of the program. He shall include a report of the operation of the Pension Increase Act in his annual report submitted to the Governor and the Legislature regarding all of the operations of the Division of Pensions.
