Increase in expenditures required by act; mandated costs not subject to expenditure limitations

43:3B-10. Increase in expenditures required by act; mandated costs not subject to expenditure limitations Notwithstanding the provisions of P.L.1976, c. 68 (C. 40A:4-45.1 et seq.) or rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, any increase in expenditure required as a result of this act shall be deemed mandated costs and shall not be subject to the expenditure limitations imposed pursuant to P.L.1976, c. 68. L.1977, c. 306, s. 5, eff. Dec. 27, 1977.
