43:23-7 Use of private funding sources. 7. In addition to any funds appropriated for the purposes of this act, the State Treasurer, or the Treasurer's designee, shall approve the use of private funding sources, including private foundation grants, to pay for marketplace expenses. On behalf of the marketplace, the Department of the Treasury shall seek federal and private grants and is authorized to accept any funds awarded to the State Treasurer, or the Treasurer's designee, for use in designing, implementing, and operating the marketplace.
